Six-month health-coaching program

Achieving your best health will probably require some lifestyle changes that seem difficult at first. I understand that, and a big part of my job as your health coach is to create a positive, supportive environment that will help you implement real and lasting change.

I normally work with clients for six months, enough time to help us find the most effective approach for you – and for you to become comfortable with some new habits.

My approach is holistic, which means we will examine many aspects of life: diet, exercise, sleep habits, sources of stress, personal relationships and more.
